Conditions And Responsibilities

  1. Extra Costs:
    If you are traveling alone and wish to share accommodation, we will assign you a roommate if one is available. If there is no one with whom you can share, you will be in voiced for a single room.
  2. Prices:
    Premium Travel and Tourism will endeavor to maintain prices quoted and published. However, where increases due to currency fluctuations, airfare increases, hoteliers' increases and other factors outside our control do arise, surcharges will be made to cover such increases.
  3. Accommodation:
    We reserve the right to substitute confirmed hotels and other accommodation with others of a similar or higher category, at no additional cost to the passenger.
  4. Insurance:
    Trip cancellation, baggage and health/accident insurance are strongly recommendable.
  5. Deposits/cancellations/refunds:
    The deposit stated on the registration form per person is required to confirm tour acceptance, will be part of the total price of program selected. Balance to be paid in full 45 days prior to departure. Cancellation made from 30 days and up to one day prior to departure will have to pay a charge of 50% of the cost of the tour price. The day of departure tour cost is 100% nonrefundable. All cancellation made must be in writing
  6. Sightseeing:
    As indicated in itinerary with service of local English speaking guides including entrance fees.
  7. Itinerary Variattions:
    Whilst every effort is made to follow all published itineraries, we reserve the right to make changes necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. This does not constitute any reason for a refund.
  8. Documents/health/handicapped:
    A valid passport must be held by each tour member. Passports must be valid for a minimum period of six months from date of departure. No vaccination is required nor is any particular health requirement applicable. Tour members who require special assistance must be accompanied by a helper who is totally responsible for that tour member. It is the personal responsibility of each passenger to ensure that they are in possession of the correct documentation prior to departure. The company shall not accept any responsibility for any consequences of any nature whatsoever, arising from the passengers failing to ensure that they have complied with the necessary health/passport/visa requirements.
  9. Gratuities/visa Fees/miscelaneous Taxes:
    Local, state, hotel taxes are included. Baggage portage included throughout. Tips to drivers and guides included. Visa requirement vary, but will be advised and processed. Depending on tour, costs for all tips, taxes and visa fees will be advised
  10. Airline Responsibility
    Airline is responsible only for the air travel portion of these tours performed by it on behalf of tour participants in accordance with the terms and conditions of their individual passage contracts and subject laws, treaties and regulations governing air transportation. Tour services including but not limited to carriage by land or sea, guide service, hotel accommodations, restaurants and all services other than carriage by air furnished by contractors who are independent and do not act for or on behalf of airline and airline shall not be held responsible for any act, omission, or event occurring prior to the passengers embarkation upon or disembarkation from aircraft. The usual contract between the airline and the tour participant and in purchasing a passage contract as a part of this tour, the participant acknowledges and accepts the foregoing conditions. Airline is not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board its aircraft
